"The Virgin and Child with St. Anne and St. John the Baptist," commonly known as "The Burlington House Cartoon," is an exceptional work of art by Leonardo da Vinci. Painted in charcoal and chalk on paper, this masterpiece is believed to have been created between 1499 and 1500 during the High Renaissance period. The scene depicted in the artwork showcases a captivating and tender moment between the Virgin Mary, her mother St. Anne, and the young St. John the Baptist. To properly care for this item, we recommend machine washing it in cold water with similar colors, line drying, do not bleach and dry clean, and iron at a maximum sole-plate temperature of 110°C without steam ironing may cause irreversible damage.

We are aiming to have your order dispatched from our facility within 48 hours. However, please bear with us in case we are spending extra time in checking / perfecting your items, particularly during the peak season around end of the year. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Purchases made after 6pm PT will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 6pm PT on a friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following monday.

Tracking

We offer you the ability to track your order right through our site. All you require is your tracking number.

If you don't know what your tracking number is follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account
2. Navigate to your order
3. Click on the individual item's tracking number and you should be routed to it's corresponding tracking package.

Cancel Order

If the order has been paid but not shipped out, we can cancel the order right away. For canceled orders paid by PayPal and Stripe, we have an 11% Transaction Fee. If the order has been shipped out, it cannot be canceled.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Sellers aren't responsible for delays due to customs.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
