Leonardo da Vinci Paintings
Leonardo da Vinci was a Renaissance artist, scientist, and inventor. He is widely considered one of the most important figures in the history of art and science. He is best known for his iconic paintings such as the Mona Lisa and The Last Supper, as well as his drawings and studies of human anatomy and the natural world. Da Vinci's talents extended far beyond art and science, he was also a skilled engineer, architect and musician. He is often referred to as the "Renaissance man" for his wide-ranging interests and talents. Despite his many accomplishments, many of his inventions were never built, and many of his ideas were far ahead of his time. He died in 1519.
